Annual Spring Meetings begin next week

American Legion leadership will gather in downtown Indianapolis May 6-9 for the organization's annual Spring Meetings.

Members of American Legion commissions and committees will meet May 6-7 to prepare reports that will be delivered to the National Executive Committee (NEC). The NEC will meet at National Headquarters May 8-9 to review the reports and vote on resolutions.

American Legion National Commander Daniel Seehafer will provide opening remarks to the NEC at 9 a.m. Eastern on Wednesday, May 8. Watch his remarks streamed live on the Legion’s YouTube channel and legion.org.

At the close of Spring Meetings on Thursday, May 9, the 2024 American Legion Legacy Scholarship recipients and the 2024 American Legion Eagle Scout of the Year and runners-up will be named.
